New from Maine

And relatively new to Maine. Found this place searching for how long to cook a 2 1/2 pound stuffed tenderloin. Answered my question and found a fantastic source. I love to cook but between cab duty for teenager and working full time...Don't really get home until 6 or 630 so looking for fast, easy and tasty for weeknights and amping it up a bit on weekends. We do enjoy eating out, fabulous places to eat and fantastic chefs between inns and restaurants here in Maine but pocketbook limits the frequency. I have lived all over the world and enjoy most quisines. I look forward to digging through all the recipes and welcome tips
