panko encrusted chicken wings. i have some fresh vegs to use up so.............sauted green beans, carrots, cabbage, potatoes. not all in the same pot. lol

good thing i love veggies
 
Roasted boneless, skinless chicken breasts (seasoned with my grinder blend - sea salt, 5 pepper corn blend, thyme, rosemay, onion, garlic, parsley, sage and red pepper flakes), gravy, buttered jasmine rice, buttered corn and baked beans.

Still debatting dinner, I may just snack.

Today I made some I made these Pork Cracklins, Grattons or Pork Rinds and they turned out good. I used rind on pork belly.

Next time I will do them out side so they can go longer and I will make my own spice mix.

Bowtie pasta with tuna, green chiles, spices, lemon juice, and melted extra sharp cheddar. Green salad to start.
 
I've been craving red meat lately, thinking we're going to go a la sloppie joes, or perhaps...spaghetti and meatballs?
