Senior Cook
Hello, I'm fairly new to cooking but I have been a baker(my job) for 20+ years. I was always a meat and potatoes guy, but slowly my wife got me to try other things. In the last year I've really expanded my tastes. This past week my wife said "a year ago I was teaching you to cook and now I'm your sous chef", which made me feel pretty good. I hope I can learn and contribute to the forum.
