How long will homemade sugar free chocolate syrup last in fridge?

My mother is diabetic and she really liked chocolate but i cannot find any type of chocolate syrup around where i live so i decided to make my own for her out of basically Cocoa, Water, Artificial Sweeter. Very simple but i found surprisingly tasty. Anyway im wondering how long it can be safely kept in the fridge without going bad? Days, Weeks, Months?

It should last a fairly long time since there is nothing in it to go bad. I would go for months and something less than 100 years.
