ISO Rolled pork on a Baby George Foreman help

Hi I bought a rolled pork from the local grocery store today and would like to do it in my Baby George Foreman is there any one that may have a idea or two for me how to and timing, also what can i serve with it as I have a hubby that is so fussy it is almost unbelievable. Thank you ever so much
