Stuffed peppers for dinner tonight, in between shopping.
I was going to have deli pizza - but I forgot to pick it up when I did my absolutely LAST shopping before Christmas. Soooo, I have no idea and have 2 hours decide and make it. Glad it is just Dad and I tonight!

not a clue really, maybe a tuna melt or breakfast or lean q spag. not much interest in food right now
Ended up being meatpies (my last two in the freezer, must make note to self to make some more in the new year) and salad. With a promise that I owe Dad a Hawaiian pizza before the year is out!

ended up with pizza delivery. only one piece. don't know what i will do with rest. was good, just not that hungry.

Thanks, they were good but the peppers were hotter than I expected and they were close to my limit. But the recipe is solid and I will cook these again.
