Combine 1/2c. veggie oil 1/4c.vermouth,1/4c. soy sauce,1/2tea.grated ginger 2-cloves crushed garlic...Mix well remove a small portion for basting,then, add 2 lbs.raw deveined and shelled shrimp,1lb. raw scallops for 30-40 min.Thread onto pre-soaked bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water.Broil, turning often and basting with some of the marinade
you reserved, for 5 min or til just cooked.
