Mahi Mahi
Peanuts
Almonds
Oranges
Eggs

What can I do with them for something light?
Any type of sauce I can make with this? I already made an almond orange glaze sauce before... I need something different ^_^.

Hmmm. I'm not feeling terribly creative this morning. If you've already done an orange glaze then perhaps you could do a light batter and then serve topped with crushed toasted peanuts?
