And I'm going to use a lemon curd to flavor it, then fold in candied lemon zests after I churn it. Any other ideas to flavor it? Should I add lemon juice?
I decided to add juice from one lemon to it as well as 2-3 tablespoons on the lemon curd. I'm freezing the candied lemon rind and gonna chop it up finely before folding it in after the churning process...
