I'm Making A Lemon Gelato...

If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
I decided to add juice from one lemon to it as well as 2-3 tablespoons on the lemon curd. I'm freezing the candied lemon rind and gonna chop it up finely before folding it in after the churning process...

So last night I candied the rinds of 4 lemons, now I'm freezi... on Twitpic

Then I heated up 4 cups of heavy cream(2 pints) juss till it ... on Twitpic

Then I whisked 5 egg yolks with a cup of sugar til it got all... on Twitpic

Then I put the warm cream into my sugar egg mixture and put t... on Twitpic
