Does the flavorwave oven turbo actually work. Can it actually cook, bake, steam and clean itself. And how big it is. I really need to know if I can bake a full size cake with it or if it can even bake! I want to buy one for my Mother. But I need to know if it's worth $199 dollars. Thanx
