This is outstanding for those who enjoy Brie. A friend brought this today and I begged the recipe from her. Pre heat oven to 375 line a 9 inch quiche pan with pastry a pie tin can also be used. Bake for 10 min. Cool, and set aside.beat 4 egg yolks with 1-1/2 c, light cream and 1/8 tea.salt. plus 1 lb.Brie cut in small pieces, mix well then Beat egg whites til stiff but not dry.Stir in 3tab. to lighten the mix.Fold in the remaining whites, Pour into cooled crust and bake at 350 30 min or til custard is set.Cool slightly before cutting. After cutting set out a platter of cold sliced apples and pears or saute your fruit in butter and brown sugar.
wonderful with a glass of sparkling wine or even tea.
