I discover this morning that the "Beer Fridge" in the garage died overnight and most of the frozen fresh caught fish, crawfish tails, puff pastry and various vegetables are past the thawing point of re-freezing. Any ideas??:(

you can cook the items, then freeze them again as ready to eat meals.
or have lots of people over!
does your insurance cover it? I knew a friend whose extra freezer had come unplugged, and his homeowner's insurance covered a freezer full of meat.

I agree with Wyogal, either have a bangup neighborhood bash or cook all the items into whatever meals you like, and refreeze them then.

I'd want to eat up the crawfish tails first since they have been cooked once already, plus they are dang good! How much fish are you talk'n? Fathers day is a good day for a fish fry.

Or better yet, send it this way, I'll eat it!

Snapper left

I've done something with all but 5 good size snapper fillets.
Any good recipes out there?
By the way, the neighbors appreciated not having to cook dinner!
Also, DH fixed the fridge. The air flow was blocked causing overheating. Duh...
