Stuffed Crust Pizza

I wasn't sure where to put this thread.

Pizza is pizza!

I would like to try making stuffed crust pizza because it is my Dad's favorite.

For the purpose of time, does anyone have any suggestions? I thought about experimenting but normally I only cook for one so, that is a lot of pizza!

I saw a vid one time where they used string cheese in the crust. Cook it on the grill, much better, imho.
