Adzuki Beans

Does anyone have a good recipe for Adzuki Beans. I have never cooked them before but when I saw them at Whole Foods decided buy some.

I love them in vanilla ice cream. Azuki is commonly used in dessert items in Japan.

Beans and ice cream --very interesting, but probably not my thing. I think I found what I want on vegweb. There is a recipe for 5 spice beans.
