new to DC

Just wanted to say hi to everyone and introduce myself as I will be trolling these forums a lot

I've been cooking on and off for my family for a number of years and decided to do something with it finally.

I'm a grill cook at Crackerbarrel ( o boy ) and will be studying culinary arts at the Art Institutes this fall.
