Hello from small town Alberta

Hi All

I am new here and joined for a variety of reasons. One being that I have a full garden with a lot of stuff to can, pickle and preserve before fall.
The other reason is I have recently decided to make and distribute horse treats and it is basically a candy recipe with horse feed added.

I have some issues with the candy making process and have a lot of questions LOL.

Anyway I am happy to have found your forum and just wanted to say HI
