This is a really good recipe for people who normally don't like fish.
It's my recipe that was published in a club cookbook many, many years ago. My little boys really loved it too.:chef:

3 tbs. butter, melted
1 white onion, cut in half and make paper thin slices
1 1/3 lbs of red snapper fillets
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Vermouth, or any dry white wine
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
oregano
chopped fresh parsley

Pour melted butter in the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish. Arrange onion evenly on top of butter. Place fish fillets in a single layer on top of onions. In a bowl, combine mayo, cheese, lemon juice, vermouth, Worcestershire, paprika and salt.
Spread mixture evenly on top of fish and sprinkle with a few shakes of oregano, and the parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve with a side of rice or pasta.
