My name is David, I would like to say hallo and that I found this site whilst looking for a recipe for Bombay Mix. I love to cook and I am head chef for working day evening meals
. I discovered cooking when in the Scouts in the 1950s. We were given the ingredients from 'skip' and we just got on with it. We all took a turn cooking everything including a roast in a bucket in the camp fire (took all day). Georgina and myself love to visit Greece for our holls (self catering of course) and I wonder if you could point me in the right direction for Greek cooking? By the way Georgie loves Kleftico cooked in the Greek way in a clay oven. Can you help please? Best regards to all. David. ps nothing too sweet as I am diabetic.
