All Clad SS Cookware

Hello,
I have a question that I was hoping someone could answer for me. I just purchase AC SS and prior to that always used Non-stick cookware. We always cooked with non-stick spray such as Pam, however I notice all recipes for AC call for oil. Will the non stick spray harm the beauty of my pans? Thank you in advance for you help.

A spray like PAM will not harm you SS. It's just oil in a spray can. You can use any fat for cooking in an AC SS pan.
