As I sit here suffering from a sample from my newly bought hot sauce (OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) I have a boneless pork roast to cook. BUT.... Im not to good at roasts. :? PLEASE help your ol pal Deadly Sushi.
I would stud that sucker with garlic cloves, season with salt and pepper, put it in a roasting pan with a rack, put some chicken broth in the pan, and roast it til it is tender!
You could of course use other seasonings and herbs depending on your taste, including onion soup mix.
