A Clean Bill (of Health) That Is

i went to my primary dr. today. for a complete physical. i have never had as through exam in all my life. had done the tests he ordered bones, eyes and breasts and all was well. he said i was doing just great. and only needed to do my diabetic test every three months. the last one was good bout two months ago. he did give me a painful tetanus shot.

as some of you know, i had a tough year, in hospital three times. and had some serious life threating illnesses.

i am really glad things look good. and now i am done with it for another year. feeling good and relieved that i am doing so well.
