TNT Barley Mushroom Salad

I was scanning recipes today and this one caught my eye:

Barley Mushroom Salad recipe - HomePage - Canadian Living

I cooked the pearl barley in a mushroom broth and added some dried mushrooms. I also added a carrot, and added the juice from 1/2 lemon to the broth as it was cooking. Instead of walnuts, I used pecans. I also used 1/2 lime with the lemon juice (of 1 lemon) for the dressing. I didn't have any parsley, so I used chervil. I love barley and mushrooms. This is a keeper for me.

I substituted edamene for the green beans...wondering about sprinkling some truffle oil on the salad before I serve it?
