We are having these for dinner. Can't offer you a bite , but can offer the recipe. It's so good. You need some roasted peppers I'm using several poblano's I picked up at the store About 1-1/2 cups Preheat oven to 375 and then finish getting ingredients together, Toss the roasted peppers together with 4-5 thin sliced garlic cloves and 2 Tab. of red wine vinegar season with salt and pepper set aside. Split 4 rolls and on the bottom of each roll, place about 8 oz salami divided between the 4 rolls, put tomato sliced (this) on top of the salami put 1/2 cup of roasted peppers on top of the tomatoes and top the peppers with mozzerella set on baking sheet and put in oven til mozz is melted Remove from oven and drizzel with evoo add some arugula and some thin slice or mashed avocado cut in half and serve immediatly pass the fruit salad or pasta salad or even geen enjoy and let's eat. Oh you can sub soppressatta , prosciutto, toscano salami for plain salami
