Milky Way Ice Cream

Ingredients :

2 cups milk
8 regular size Milky Way bars, cut up
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large cans Pet evaporated milk


Directions :

Mix in top of double boiler milk and Milky Way bars. When bars have melted, set aside from stove andlet cool.
Beat 6 eggs, add sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well and then add milk and Milky Way mixture. Stir together thoroughly. Pour into gallon ice cream maker.
Fill to within two inches from top with milk and freeze.

I am assuming that you run your ice cream maker before you freeze it??
Or once you mix all you just put in the freezer without doing youg the i c maker?
How would it be with snicker bars?

Hello i dont use ice cream maker i just mix it and when i freez it im mixing it whit a spoon every 10 minuts and that its....

I didnt try it whit snickers bar but i think it would be good ....

Snickers Ice Cream

Ingredients :

12 oz Vanilla ice cream
¼ c Crunchy peanut butter
1 c Cool whip
1pk instant chocolate pudding

Directions :

Mix all together an put it in the freezer for one day.

I add snickers bar and sliced them and add them on top of the ice cream...
if you like other ice cream i have more on my website if you like ...

Thanks for the delicious icecream recipe. As we dont get Mars Bars in South Africa, I substituted Bar One chocolate bars.
