One can of peaches. (In heavy or light syrup or juice)

Freeze that sucker, unopened.

Open up and blend/process in a food processor till the consistency of delicious, mother's milk-ambrosia sorbet.

Repeat.

I just got 2 cans of peaches yesterday, so I may as well give it a try. Will post the results.

It sure is easy enough.

Add a little vanilla to that mix! I freeze fresh peaches with a little added sugar, and use the blender to make them into instant sorbet. Works best if you can find those wonderful dripdownyourarm peaches.

Pineapple works too.
