Antonio Carluccio was brought up in the North of Italy Gennaro Contaldo in the south, both are very talented Chefs and restaurateurs.The prog is full of humor, sadness, wonderful scenery and fantastic food Carluccio is older than me, Contaldo is about the same age and they both share my love of wine, women and song. I hope you watch the videos as they will show you the true Italian foods of their heritage.
