I love baking buns but I want to be able to get some chocolate sauce inside the buns, so that it's still in sauce format when you eat the buns. Does anyone know how to do this? I thought it would probably mean injecting the sauce after cooling, but can't seem to find the right kind of nozzle to do it. Please can someone offer some guidance????? Thanks

Most kitchen departments carry inexpensive ketchup/mustard plastic squeeze bottles. They have pointed tips that are perfect for something such as that. I cut part of the tip off, making it larger, to use for making jelly filled doughnuts, but using chocolate syrup you may not need to.

Or, you can put a pastry tip inside a zip lock freezer bag (after you've cut off the corner) and use that to get the chocolate filling inside your pastry.

Thanks everyone for your help! I'll give the squeezy bottle a try as soon as I get chance!
