Sweet potato fries

i want to make sweet potato fries for my room mates for a 'family dinner' but i dont know what to prepare with them because one of the room mates is a vegetarian and the other has many allergies..any suggestions?

For the vegetarian, I am sure a veggie"burger" of some kind would go well, but it is hard to know what to make for the other one unless you know what the allergies are.

In addition to menu suggestions here, why not ask them to deliver ideas too. Knowing the scope of your room mate's food and environmental sensitivities could be important.
