Hi everyone, I'm happy to find this forum as it seems there are lots of interesting discussions. I am a food enthusiast who has worked in the restaurant industry for over 15 years before taking a few years off to stay home and raise my two small children. As of today I will be back working in a professional kitchen and I am very excited! Looking forward to reading and contributing here.

welcome greg.

i just made some of you the other night with peppers and hot italian sausage. i loooooove brasciole. how can you go wrong with fatty pork rolled with cheese and herbs in tomato sauce. :pig:

i thought you we're a woman at first since the term is often used as slang for a voluptuous female (as you bite your knuckle, lol)

LOL, BT!

After hearing about brasciole on an old episode of Everybody Loves Raymond, I was curious and attempted to look it up online. I tried every possible spelling I could think of and got nada, zip. No matches. Nice to finally know how to spell it!
