I just bought some chicken wings that I'm planning to bake. The amount of chicken I bought will probably make 2 to 3 servings. Should I bake all of the wings at once and store some in the fridge or put the uncooked wings in the freezer? I have found that chicken doesn't usually taste that good when I bake it after defrosting. Any suggestions and/or recipes (not spicy) would be most appreciated!

I'd cook them all first and freeze them for a quick nuke later. No mess the second time around.

I tend to like them crispy so that's my dilemma. If I reheated them after refrigeration I don't think the crispiness could be restored.
