I was searching for a way to reheat pork chops and came across this forum. I looked around and liked what I saw. I really hope to expand my cooking skills and also make new friends along the way :yum:

Welcome to DC! The folks here are great! And, sometimes we get a bit silly and off track, but usually someone can answer any question you might have about cooking.

Pork does not take well to high heat. I rap the pork in foil and add a liquid to it. I like to add an asian flavor like yakitori sauce or any any thing you may like. Low and slow is the way to go. Just heat til warm. High heat will make any pork tough.

Are pork chops good braised? I never make them because my mother always just fried them, and they were like dried out pieces of thick leather :/ so that's what I imagine pork chops to taste like.
