Did drunken chicken last night. Two birds cooked indirect with charcoal on the grill. Lightly coated each with olive oil then used Smokehouse Maple rub on one and Apllewood Rub on the other. Both are McCormick products. I used 1/2 can of Coca Cola and a tbs of rub in each. I plugged the neck with a potato wedge. I cooked the on the grill at about 325* until the internal temp in the deepest part of thigh was at 165*. Here are the results.
