Assistant Cook
So I'm Ashleigh, 20, live in Northern Ireland with my mum, step dad and occasionally my brother who comes and goes. As my mum has osteoporosis, I do the majority of the cooking in the house and I'm forever searching google for recipes that we all might enjoy. Found this place when I was searching for something last week and I thought I might sign up to it!
My ambition is to join the army as a dog handler so I best get cooking whilst I can because I doubt I'll have the time when I get through!
It's 7pm here and I still haven't cooked dinner (too busy watching the soaps!
) so it's going to be a quick dinner for tonight.
One other thing, I LOVE food. I love cooking and baking and thinking up new recipes, I'm glad to be here!
