For health reasons, my wife prefers is I use a less calorific way of cooking fish. In this case the fish was nursery raised rainbow trout, nice and fresh. I ran into the same bugbear many other people do, the infamous fragmenting fish. Sooooo, I took a piece of foil too large for the fish. Buttered it or Pam, seasoned and got the grill going. The fish is close to the front, when one side is done-ish, I grab the foil with one or two forceps and pull to flip the fish. If I do it right and don't make it stick, it rolls over and remains whole. This one turned out well. Warning, there is a learning curve to this one!
