Ok, so I've been here like, I dunno ten minutes, and I'm loving the vibe, what a great community!

I live in Connecticut, grew up on a farm and love all things real food. I truly believe that eating simply is the key to good health. I've been trolling around the Farm2Table, canning, preserving and dehydrating posts and the healthy eating section.
