Pumpkin and spaghetti squash seeds

Last week I roasted pumpkin seeds in a low oven after tossing with a bit of Worchestershire and Penzey's Bavarian Seasoning. They did not last long.

Today I nuked spaghetti squash seeds after tossing with a bit of low sodium soy sauce and a bit of Penzey's Brady Street Sprinkle. I used a glass pie plate, and microwaved in one minute increments, stirring by hand every minute. They didn't last long either! Really tasty.

I liked the microwaved seeds best, Vit, they were so good, and so easy! I may have to go in search of another gourd bearing seeds.
