I love Indian food! My favourite thing to order is butttered naan with paneer korma yum!
Indian people make the best vegetarian food :) I don't usually eat meat when we have Indian meals.

We are having cornish pasties with cucumber, carrot and beetroot salad tonight.

Change of plans. Made chicken mushroom pies for hubby and son. Caty and I had chicken livers :yum:

Chicken and veggies ( broc, carrots, onion, scallions, serrano chiles in a garlicky ginger sesame stir fry. Chocolate ice cream for dessert.

:chef:Meatloaf night (turkey meatloaf), twice baked potatoes, collard greens...

Me too;great combo with lots of butter. I put a "dash" of apple cider vinegar in the greens for a little change.:chef:Alway's kiss the Cook :)

From the Indian takeaway, which was lovely...we had Lamb Jalfrezee, Chicken Tikka Masala and Cheese Naan :yum:

Pac, what is that?

I just finished :)
It is "Fisherman's Stew". An Italian dish attributed to San Fransico, where the fishermen would throw some of their catch into a pot for dinner before returning home. Basically a lot of various seafood cooked in a broth :yum:

Yum, everyone! Pac, that looks outstanding!

We've snacked on shrimp all day, and ended up having grilled cheese sammies.

Thanks, Dawg! :)
I am so stuffed :pig:

I like your thinking; snacking on shrimp an eating toasted cheese sammies
Sounds like something I would do.

We invited friends over for supper. We had http://www.discusscooking.com/forums/f49/lindas-pot-of-pork-78867.html#post1127494, but I left out the onion and didn't use any stock, just cream :pig:. We had a salad (curly lettuce, red cabbage, cauliflower, julienned green pepper, thinly sliced carrot, and green onions) with http://www.discusscooking.com/forums/f11/garlic-dressing-of-doom-67809.html#post930208, http://www.discusscooking.com/forums/f21/danish-red-cabbage-r-dk-l-roedkaal-69012.html#post948219, and Hasselback potatoes. Dessert was Chocolate Mousse Recipe : Alton Brown : Recipes : Food Network, which looked really pretty in martini glasses. Served it with Carlsberg beer and akvavit.

OMG, that turned out good. I stuffed myself. I'm still digesting. I had intended to take pix, but was a little rushed getting everything on the table.

Crimini mushrooms, Cubanelle and Serrano peppers, onion, prosciutto, Monterey Jack and Gruyere, bread crumbs.

That would taste good on an old flipflop. Yum!

And nice pic, PPO! And Taxy, how are you still upright? Your dinner sounds wonderful!

Love tomato basil bisque, and grilled cheese, Babe! (your spelling is fine).
