Today 1/28 is National Blueberry Pancake Day!

I love blueberry pancakes, but had no idea an entire day was devoted to them!

That is a coincidence. I actually did have blueberry pancakes with blueberry cream sauce for breakfast today. My wife and I were trying out a new restaurant this morning, and I hadn't had blueberry pancakes for a year or more. Great timing.

Haha! Chief Longwind did make blueberry pancakes on Monday! I was up to visit him with DH and DDs. He was saving some wild-picked-then-frozen blueberries to make a special breakfast for us and it happened to work out that Monday was the day we were able to do it. Boy were they delicious!
