Hi,
My name is Amy. I love cooking, and eating, more than anything. My job is a Spanish teacher, my biggest hobby is roller derby, but ALL my time in-between is spent cooking and to share some of my original recipes.
However, I will never pretend to be a pro. I'm a self-taught chef (really tho I learned from watching cooking shows and investigating online and then lots of experimentation). I look forward to getting ideas and techniques from you guys and I'd love to help out in any way. Let me know if you have any questions!
