where would you like to start? Meat, what kind of meat? Chicken, other birds? Soup, side dish? Give us a little bit more info. WHat he/you like? What can you get as far as type of foods you are thinking about? Otherwise we can give you bunch of our favorite dishes that you would not touch.

The first thing to teach him, and convince him, is that char coal is good for him. He'll still remember the lesson 55 years later. Fried pork chops works for the lesson. Salt and pepper the chops, add them to an oiled cast iron skillet, wander away to see what the groom is doing and then remember them almost too late.
