When I'm at home, I like to make myself and egg sandwich. I fry up one or two eggs and melt some cheese on them then place them on bread or an English muffin. Top it with any condiments you like (I like ketchup and mayo - it's about the only time I use ketchup).

I also go with the egg sandwich, western fried egg with ketchup or egg salad with olives and mayo.

Tuna salad.

Salad is pretty much a staple and kind of boring this time of year.

Microwaved leftovers.

In the winter grilled cheese and cream of tomato soup.

Soup.

Nothing exciting! :ermm::ohmy::LOL:

I usually plan on leftovers for lunch. Otherwise, pretty much the same as above - chicken or tuna salad, sliced chicken sandwiches, sometimes nachos, sometimes a baked potato and a salad. I usually have different kinds of pickles in the fridge, so I jazz up leftovers with those.
