Using the fajita-seasoned grilled chicken breasts from Monday's dinner and trying a Baked Chicken and Rice with Beans recipe I found online. A mostly-romaine salad with fresh pearl mozzarella, fresh basil from my windowsill, and roma tomatoes. Mmm, getting hungry!
While it's baking I'll cook up the ground meat and measure out the seasonings so I can have a head start on my vat of spaghetti sauce tomorrow. With smelling it simmer all day we already know what tomorrow's dinner will be.
I'm going to grill some Italian sausages and serve with pasta with pesto sauce and green salad. Maybe a fresh melon and strawberry salad for dessert. A nice bottle of cold white wine. Pau.
