I am new to this app. I haven't looked around yet, so I thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Courtney and I am a pastry chef from Minnesota.

Welcome to DC.
My son lived in MN for a few months during the winter. He said it's a different kind of cold...He's back home now, lol. So you're a pastry chef.... I like you already .

Yeah Minnesota has its cold, but I love living here. I think I love the snow 95% more than the whole population here I have been a pastry chef for the last 6 years. I finally have my own cafe where we have coffee (love!) soup, salads, sandwiches, and of course delicious desserts!
