All the instructions I read online are all done with 4 days from the beginning to end. I started mine this Wednesday. I only can bake on Wednesdays, so I will use my sourdough starter for bread this coming Wednesday. Can I keep feeding the starter until the 7th day? If I don't use all the starter, can I take what I need and use the rest to start another cycle? Thanks
