I've been using this recipe:

The first time I made them, the dough was very pliable, yesterday's batch was not as pliable. They turned out fine, but was wondering if s/one has a Naan recipe that they'd like to share. I use melted ghee for the butter when I make the recipe to which I've linked. And, I bake in the oven with the pizza stone.

I noticed there is no yogurt in the recipe you linked. I believe that's a fairly common ingredient. I don't have a recipe to share.
