I'm Nora and I come from Florence.
I love traveling and try a different types of cuisine. I can't wait to know your recipes.

My english is terrible..sorry! I hope for your help..and I apologize (as of now) for the mistakes that I will do.

My specialty are "risotti", but I love cakes and all type of pasta, also.
I would like the true cheesecake recipe!

Hi, and welcome to DiscussCooking Don't worry about your English - we have several members whose native language is not English and we always manage to communicate well.

My DH (Dear Husband) and I spent five days in Florence during a trip for our 25th wedding anniversary in 2009 and we absolutely loved it! Such a beautiful city. Every time we turned a corner, something took our breaths away. And the food! We loved the Mercato Centrale so much! I really wish we had something like that in our area.
