hey everyone and greets to the group

i am trying to find baking parchment that has printed circles on them to help make product for uniform....this was used a baking place in france....anyone seen anything like this here in the states or where i might get them in france??

If you're going to be using this a lot, a less expensive option for you might be silicone baking mats with circles on them. You won't be throwing away all that pricey parchment.

Another inexpensive option would be to make a reusable template using a sharpie marker and a tuna fish can, or another cookie sized container. Trace a series of circles with the appropriate spacing on parchment paper or card stock cut to the same size as your baking sheet. This will give you a reusable template. Place the template on the baking tray under your sheet of blank parchment paper, pipe your cookies and remove the template.
