Has anyone tried the ab lounger? I saw one at Dicks sporting good. Not sure if it's worth $100 but I'm bored with regular crunches.

Thanks DS, that helps. For the amount of money it costs I was really weary. Hubby and I were tossed between the chin up and dips station, vs the ab lounger. I figured maybe we could both get better use of the chin and dips station for the same cost of the ab lounger. I can work my abs on that, and do dips for my arms, I cant do chin ups yet, but hubby loves dips and chin ups, so I guess you helped us solve this. Thanks!
