I've been frantically looking around on the internet in search of a fudge pan with a removable grid. The idea that I've got in my head is that I can poor the fudge into the pan and then rather than using the grid to cut the fudge later on, I can just push it into the liquid fudge mixture so that it sets as square and I can then push each of the squares out afterwards.

Any ideas or links?

Cheers

I know what you are looking for. They were quite the rage a year or so back. Just can't remember what they were called.

Thanks a bunch. I'll be cuttin' fudge for days!

Don't forget to come back. With pictures if possible. We love pictures. Food Porn. Oh the shame!

Remember if you have a problem, there is always someone here who has the answer.

I have a pan like that for making brownies which I bought from QVCUK a while back but would be too big for fudge.

Fudge is easy to cut into mouth-sized pieces.
