We've had a rash of attacks on people by hawks and owls. I had a hawk dive at my head, it was terrifying. Fortunately, I was close enough to the door to get inside. Don't know if it's the weather that is causing this behavior or they are just angry their habitats are being torn down by new construction. I now wear a hat outside, just in case.
